PERSONAL GROWTH AND WELLBEING PROGRAMME

Sweet is Wave 3 Ready.

Big changes are coming to qualifications in Wales and we want you to know that we're right here with you. Sweet is ready, prepared and excited about what this means for your learners.

What is Sweet?

At Sweet, we design brilliantly engaging resources for secondary school students across the UK. We offer resources for the BTEC Personal Growth and Wellbeing (PGW) qualification, as well as the BTEC WorkSkills qualification. Both qualifications are available at Level 1 and 2 and allow students to achieve GCSE equivalency.

The PGW resources teach valuable skills to help students lead happier, healthier, and more successful lives. They create engaging conversations about life’s big issues, and helps learners to gain a better knowledge of themselves and the world around them.

The WorkSkills resources provide students with essential skills to succeed in a professional environment, focusing on teamwork, job applications, being entrepreneurial and career progression.

What our Centres say

"Sweet's versatility and flexibility means we are able to easily adapt it to fit in with the literacy and numeracy framework. The workbook itself is an excellent framework and provides clear outcomes in an achievable and organised way."

Natalie Godfrey

The Bridge Alternative Provision

"The programme can be adapted to suit the needs of the learner, putting the young person at the centre of their education. The young people engaged on the course get to take part in a relevant qualification that gives them a grounding in life skills, positive relationships, working within their community, problem solving and team working."

David Williams

Torfaen Youth Service

"I like that the Sweet Programme is clear, appropriate and pupil focussed. It has allowed us to deliver a structured programme to our most vulnerable students. I would 100% recommend the Programme. The support received has been excellent."
